Welcome to contractbases at contractbases.pro. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our contract drafting and review services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

contractbases provides professional contract drafting and review services for companies, including tailored agreements, policy reviews, compliance documentation, and related advisory support. All services are delivered by qualified experts based on the scope agreed in writing.

2. Additional Offerings

We also offer digital information products and select physical materials related to contract management and compliance. Information products are delivered via download. Physical materials are shipped to the address you provide.

3. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay the fees outlined in the quote or order confirmation. Payment is due in advance of service delivery. Fees must be settled using the payment methods specified during checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled engagement, you will receive a full refund of fees paid. Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours prior to the start time is eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for any refund due to the allocation of expert resources. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

You may reschedule a service once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the original appointment. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to administrative charges.

4.2 Information Products

Digital products purchased from contractbases.pro may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

4.3 Physical Materials

Unused physical materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds are issued within 10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bespoke and expedited review services are non-refundable due to immediate work commencement and resource allocation. These offerings are clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase and are justified by the dedicated expert attention provided without delay.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect damages or any loss of business.
